Light burguer



A light hamburger? Yes, you can believe it or not. If you enjoy these enormously fast food burgers, but then you enter a terrible guilt and remorse, do not worry, you need not deprive you of that pleasure, here we present a delicious low-calorie hamburger.

Ingredients

    * 120 grs. lean ground beef
    * ½ onion
    * 1 carrot
    * 1 egg white
    * ½ red pepper
    * ½ cup green beans
    * ½ tomato
    * Lettuce to taste
    * ½ avocado
    * 2 cucumbers
    * 2 slices whole wheat bread

Preparation

Grate the carrot and onion itches very finite, joins this with the lean, add a pinch of salt and a seasoning that is your preference. Mix well. To unite all the ingredients, add egg white and thus give hands shaped like a hamburger.

When ready, heat in a skillet, preferably nonstick Teflon or a tablespoon of water and cook your burger. You can also make grilled or broiled, the important thing is not fried in oil.

At the same time, you may be brewing a pot of green beans and bell pepper in a little water. The idea is that they are only a boil, which are not annealed, so as to preserve the nutrients.

Slice tomatoes, lettuce and short spear pickles so that you are thin slices. Grind forming avocado puree and finally heat a little bread in the toaster.

Plan your burger

The order in which ingredients go into your sandwich is free, but still give you an idea.

In the hot pan, place first hamburger, then put the pickles on top of tomatoes and add the avocado on them. Then add the lettuce and finally the mix of green beans and peppers.

And presto, enjoy a delicious hamburger and, best of all, no guilt.
